The short version. You upload documents, we build an assistant that answers from them, and you embed it on your site.
Three things worth knowing before you sign up: you are responsible for what the assistant tells your visitors and for the personal data they leave with it, everything you pay is prepaid and non-refundable, and chat transcripts are deleted automatically 90 days after the conversation. Captured leads are not deleted on a timer.
These Terms are between you and Siyazen, whose details are in section 12. By creating an account you agree to them and to our Privacy Policy. Your account records which version of each document you accepted, so what you agreed to can always be established exactly. If you don't agree, don't create an account.
Siyazen lets you upload documents, build an AI assistant whose answers are grounded in them, and embed that assistant on your own website as a chat widget. It answers from the documents you provide.
We don't warrant that its answers are accurate, complete, or suitable for any particular purpose. It is a language model working from your material, and it can be wrong. You are responsible for reviewing what it tells your visitors, and for not using it where a wrong answer would cause harm — medical, legal, financial or safety-critical advice, for instance.
You are responsible for the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account.
Widget keys are public by design — they appear in your website's page source. They are protected by a domain allowlist and rate limiting rather than by secrecy, and configuring that allowlist is your job. A key left open to any domain can be used by anyone, and the messages it answers are billed to your wallet.
This section matters more than its length suggests. When you embed the widget on your site, you are the Data Fiduciary for the personal data your visitors provide, and we act as your Data Processor. Sections 4.1 and 4.2 together form the processing contract required by Section 8(2) of the Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023.
You must not use the service to:
We may suspend an account that breaches this section, with notice where it's practical to give it.
The service is prepaid. A subscription gates document uploads, and a wallet balance pays for the messages your assistant answers. Both are charged in Indian rupees.
| What | How it's charged |
|---|---|
| Subscription | A flat fee per 30-day period, allowing a set number of document uploads in that period |
| Messages | A flat price per answered message, debited from your wallet as it's incurred |
| Other AI features | Some features carry a monthly free allowance and are charged at cost once it's used up |
Current prices are shown on your billing page before you pay. At the time this version was published, the subscription is ₹500 per 30-day period covering up to 25 document uploads, and answered messages are ₹1 each.
A few consequences worth stating plainly:
Prices are exclusive of GST. Where GST applies it is added on top and shown on the invoice or receipt issued for each payment. We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice; a new message price applies to messages answered after it takes effect, including messages paid for from a balance you loaded earlier.
Payments are not refundable. Subscription fees and wallet top-ups are prepaid and are not refunded, in whole or in part, including where you stop using the service mid-period or close your account with an unused balance. An unused wallet balance lapses when the account is closed.
Two things this doesn't cover: we will always correct a payment taken in error — a duplicate charge, or a charge for something you didn't buy — and nothing here limits a refund you are entitled to under Indian law.
Because of this, top up in the amounts you expect to use rather than in large advances.
The service is provided on an "as available" basis. We don't commit to any uptime level and offer no service level agreement. We may suspend the service for maintenance, and will try to give notice where a suspension is planned.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profits, loss of business, or loss or corruption of data arising from your use of the service.
Our total liability for all claims is capped at the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim arose.
This cap does not apply to fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot lawfully be limited. It is also a limit between you and us only — it does not affect penalties either of us may owe the Data Protection Board of India, which are set by statute regardless of what a contract says.
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these Terms.
To close your account, email info@siyazen.com. We'll delete your documents, conversations and captured leads within 30 days of the request. Export your leads first — the dashboard offers a CSV download, and once the data is deleted we cannot recover it. Any remaining wallet balance lapses, as set out in section 7.
Each version is published at a permanent, dated address and is never edited after publication. We'll tell you before any material change takes effect. Continuing to use the service after that point means you accept the new version.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Nagercoil, Tamil Nadu have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
